I’ve decided to create this inspirational photo essay to boost your motivation and propel you forward in your health & fitness journey.

The message I will share with you reflects my deep personal struggles that I needed to face to make my health transformation possible.

Doctors predicted that I would be a lifelong wheelchair user.

But, that’s not what I wanted from my life.

That’s why I took the decision to defy the odds.

I was the only person who believed in my mission, and it was enough.
